FAQ
How do I get my photos? Is downloading free?
You will receive a link to a private online gallery where you can view and download all of your high-resolution images. There are zero additional charges or surprise fees to download your files, your session or package covers everything!
How does the booking process work from start to finish?
We'll agree on a day and time, then we'll do our photoshoot. You'll receive the photos the next day (same day delivery +20 euros). You can pay easily by card or cash.
What should we wear to our family photoshoot?
For a harmonious look, we recommend choosing clothing in coordinated colors and styles that is comfortable and makes you feel good. Avoid bright patterns or large logos that could be distracting.
What if it will rain?
We can easily reschedule the appointment.
